Discussion Seminar on Academic Excellence Strategies for First-Year Students

As part of supporting new students and enhancing their academic capabilities, the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized a discussion seminar entitled “Academic Excellence Strategies” for first-year students, delivered by Engineer Aya Talib Hassan. The seminar aimed to introduce students to the most effective methods of time management, proper study techniques, and how to achieve a balance between academic responsibilities and university life, contributing to improving their academic performance. It also included interactive discussions to answer students’ questions and provide practical advice to help them at the beginning of their academic journey. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), by empowering students with effective learning skills and enhancing their opportunities for academic success.
