The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized a scientific seminar titled "Water Resource Management and Smart Systems" on March 25, 2026, conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Thaer Raouf. The seminar aimed to present modern methods for managing water resources using smart systems and digital technologies, with a focus on improving water use efficiency, reducing waste, and highlighting the role of innovation and technology in supporting water sustainability. It also covered practical examples of smart system applications in water quality monitoring, optimal distribution, and strategic resource management planning. The seminar witnessed active student engagement, including scientific discussions on the role of modern technology in enhancing water resource management and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
