Botanical Description: Marigold is an annual herbaceous plant that ranges in height from 20 to 90 cm, depending on the species. Its leaves are green, divided, and have a distinctive scent. Its flowers are relatively large and come in bright colors such as yellow, orange, and golden. Marigolds typically bloom during the spring and summer seasons. Environment and Cultivation Methods: Marigold grows well in sunny locations and well-drained soil. It is usually grown from seeds and requires regular watering without excess. It can also tolerate relatively high temperatures. Importance of Marigold: Used as an ornamental plant in gardens and parks. Adds beauty and vibrant colors to green spaces. Sometimes used in controlling certain agricultural pests. Can be grown in pots and home gardens. Conclusion: Marigold is a beautiful and easy-to-grow flowering plant, making it a favorite among gardening enthusiasts.
