The Forensic Evidence Department at the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an online workshop titled “A Guide to Organizing Public Speaking and Presentation Workshops” on Friday, March 20, 2026, with the participation of a number of students. This workshop aimed to introduce students to the fundamentals of organizing workshops related to public speaking and presentation skills, and to develop their abilities in effective communication and delivering presentations in a professional and confident manner. The workshop included a set of interactive topics, highlighting key public speaking skills, methods of speaking in front of an audience, and how to systematically plan and organize workshops. It also provided practical guidelines to help students improve their performance in this field. The workshop was delivered by Waqar Jaffat Jassim, who emphasized the importance of mastering communication and presentation skills in academic and professional life. The workshop recorded notable engagement from students through their participation, questions, and discussions, reflecting their interest in developing their personal and communication skills. The Forensic Evidence Department confirmed its commitment to organizing such online workshops that contribute to developing students’ skills and enhancing their abilities in communication and presentation, in line with labor market requirements. This workshop comes as part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to provide an integrated educational environment that supports the development of life skills alongside academic achievement.
