Under the patronage of the Quality Assurance Division at the Deanship of the Engineering Technical College, a workshop entitled “Performance Evaluation” was held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, with the attendance of a number of faculty members and administrative staff.
The workshop was attended by Ms. Abrar Abdul Kareem Saeed, Assistant Lecturer and Performance Evaluation Officer in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering Techniques. The workshop aimed to enhance the concepts of institutional performance evaluation and to highlight the key standards adopted in measuring academic and administrative efficiency, as well as to shed light on mechanisms for improving work in line with quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.
The workshop covered several topics focusing on modern evaluation methods, performance documentation techniques, and the challenges facing the implementation of quality standards along with possible solutions.
At the conclusion of the workshop, emphasis was placed on the importance of continuing such activities, which contribute to improving institutional performance and strengthening the culture of quality among college members.
