Within the framework of the directives of AL-Mustaqbal University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, regarding continuous monitoring of institutional performance, the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, chaired an extensive meeting that brought together directors and staff from relevant departments and divisions. The meeting aimed to enhance integration across the university’s units and elevate the level of academic and administrative performance. The meeting included representatives from the Departments of Academic Affairs, Cultural Relations, Quality and University Performance, Sustainability, Studies and Planning, International Rankings, Recruitment and Follow-up, as well as the Divisions of Entrepreneurship, Scientific Output Marketing, Women’s Affairs, and Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling. Dr. Al-Zuhairi opened the meeting by emphasizing the importance of teamwork and the integration of roles across all university sectors, stressing the need for innovative initiatives while moving away from traditional routines, in order to boost institutional efficiency. He also highlighted the importance of strengthening communication with college deanships and professionally documenting activities and events to reflect the university’s distinguished image. He pointed out the significance of involving administrative and technical staff in capacity-building programs, particularly in the fields of information technology and workflow automation, given their positive impact on improving the work environment and supporting digital transformation within the university. The meeting also discussed preparations for the 4th edition of Future Sustainability Week 2026, scheduled to begin in mid-April, emphasizing the need for precise organization and scheduling of participations to ensure the festival’s success in line with the university’s academic standing and reputation. The session included fruitful interventions and discussions on ways to develop academic and administrative performance and strengthen the institutional work environment. It concluded with remarks by Dr. Al-Zuhairi, stressing full commitment, a sense of responsibility, and exerting maximum efforts to preserve previous achievements while advancing toward further scientific and institutional successes.
