Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hasan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and with the follow-up of the Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department, Dr. Abdelkadhim Abdelkarim, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, a team of faculty members from the Artificial Intelligence Department launched an awareness campaign entitled “The Right of Women to Education and Work”, with the participation of: • M.M. Aya Mohammed Hussein Mohammed Ali • M.M. Samar Hussein Hilal • M.M. Rafel Qusay • M. Banin Nazem The campaign aimed to raise community awareness of women’s rights in education and work, highlighting the importance of empowering them in academic and professional fields. A structured scientific methodology was adopted to carry out this activity, starting with the collection and analysis of data and statistics related to women’s participation in education and the labor market, and leading to the preparation of awareness materials, including posters, visual publications, and educational media illustrating the social and economic benefits of women’s empowerment. The campaign was implemented through workshops and awareness lectures within the college, with its materials also disseminated via social media to reach the largest possible audience. Pre- and post-campaign surveys were conducted to measure the extent of increased awareness among participants and the impact of the activity on them. The campaign resulted in wide positive engagement, with participants expressing their appreciation for the importance of women’s rights in education and work. Recommendations emphasized the need to continue such activities to strengthen societal culture regarding women’s empowerment and their active participation in society.
