Launch of the Table Tennis Championship at the Technical Engineering College, Al-Mustaqbal University The Table Tennis (Ping Pong) Championship has started among the scientific departments at the Technical Engineering College, under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Akre Hassan, supervised by the Dean of the Technical Engineering College, Assistant Professor Dr. Azher Mohsen Abd, and organized by the Sports Activities Unit. The event kicked off at 11:30 AM on Tuesday in the sports hall. The opening match featured a face-off between the Department of Communication Technologies Engineering and the Department of Power Mechanics Engineering. The match was distinguished by a competitive sporting atmosphere and a good technical level from both teams. The game ended with a score of 3–2 in favor of the Department of Communication Technologies Engineering, marking a successful opening that reflects the spirit of cooperation and positive interaction among the college’s students. This championship comes as part of the university’s efforts to promote sportsmanship, develop students’ skills, and encourage their participation in university activities, in line with the goals of sustainable development, especially Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and Goal 4 (Quality Education). The university reaffirms its pioneering role as the leading private university in Iraq in supporting comprehensive student activities.
