Furthermore, digital transformation has enabled the expansion of telemedicine services, allowing patients to communicate with healthcare providers and receive medical consultations without the need for physical visits. The importance of these services has become particularly evident during emergencies and health crises, where they help reduce pressure on healthcare facilities and ensure continuity of care. Despite its numerous benefits, digital transformation presents several challenges, including the need to secure sensitive health data against cyber threats and to train healthcare professionals to effectively use modern systems. Additionally, the high cost of adopting digital technologies may pose a barrier for some institutions, particularly in developing countries.
