Engineering College at AL-Mustaqbal University Holds a Workshop on Academic Institutional Accreditation Requirements

The Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Division at the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies at AL-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized workshop titled “Institutional Accreditation Requirements and Mechanisms for Achieving Them” on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in the college’s lecture halls. Dr. Riyad Hamid Salman, Director of the Division, delivered a presentation at the workshop, outlining the most important international and national standards required for institutional accreditation and the practical ways to implement them within the academic departments. This initiative came as part of the college’s relentless efforts to improve the quality of education and ensure the sustainability of academic and administrative performance in line with global requirements. The workshop was conducted in an interactive format that included an open forum and exchange of views on technical and administrative challenges and how to address them. It was attended by a broad elite group comprising quality assurance officials and faculty members from the academic departments, with 100% attendance from the target groups, reflecting the engineering staff’s full commitment to achieving the university’s highest standards of institutional excellence.
