The Women’s Affairs Committee in the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics at Future University organized an awareness activity on 1/4/2026 titled “Challenges Facing Working Women and How to Overcome Them”, which involved the distribution of an educational brochure highlighting the main professional and social challenges women may face in the workplace, along with practical strategies to overcome them. The activity aims to empower working women, boost their self-confidence, and provide cognitive and psychological support to manage professional pressures and achieve a balance between work and personal life. The activity aligns with the following Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 5: Gender Equality – Empowering women to actively participate in the workforce and express themselves freely and confidently. Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – Enhancing working women’s skills to achieve professional excellence and contribute effectively to economic development. Goal 4: Quality Education – Promoting professional awareness and continuous training to develop individual and professional capacities. The activity was implemented by the Women’s Affairs Committee team, focusing on distributing the brochures and engaging students in reading their content, sharing practical experiences, and exchanging constructive advice.
