The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics at Almustaqbal University organized a scientific activity on 1/4/2026 titled “Patient Communication Skills”, implemented by the department team: Assist. Lecturer Abdullah Qais, Engineer Ahmed Haider Shalaan, and Technician Mohammed Habib Hussein.
The activity involved the distribution of an informative brochure highlighting key strategies for effective communication with patients and methods to enhance professional interaction to improve patient experience and healthcare quality.
The activity aims to improve students’ and staff members’ competencies in patient interaction, enhance communication skills, and raise awareness of the importance of the human aspect in medical care.
The activity aligns with the following Sustainable Development Goals:
