The Forensic Evidence Department at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness campaign on Monday, March 30, 2026, in the university corridors entitled "Smoking is Deadly, and the Choice is Yours", with the participation of a number of students. The campaign aimed to raise health awareness among students about the dangers of smoking and its negative effects on both individuals and society, as well as to encourage them to adopt healthier lifestyles and avoid harmful habits. The campaign included several awareness activities within the university premises, where guidance and advice were provided on the risks of smoking and ways to prevent it, along with promoting a culture of health awareness among students. The campaign was organized and supervised by Assistant Lecturer Bushra Hussein Atiyah, Assistant Lecturer Sarab Abbas Jassim, and Assistant Lecturer Amir Osama Adnan, who emphasized the importance of community awareness in reducing smoking and promoting healthy behaviors.
