The Departments of Fine Arts and Design at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness workshop titled "Positive Teacher-Student Relations: The Foundation of Educational Success," presented by Prof. Dr. Arif Wahid Ibrahim and Asst. Lect. Suhaila Kadhim Jassim, under the supervision of Ms. Zahraa, Head of the Counseling Unit. The workshop served as a dialogue platform to explore the educational and psychological dimensions of the teacher-student bond, emphasizing that mutual respect and understanding are the pillars of a safe and stimulating learning environment. The session included interactive role-playing and open discussions aimed at developing positive communication skills and minimizing behavioral issues within university classrooms.
