Under the slogan “An Academic Vision… for a Green and Sustainable Future,” Al-Mustaqbal University announced the launch of the 4th International Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week, scheduled to take place from April 12 to 15, 2026, at the university campus in Babil, Iraq. The event is held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and is supervised by the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. It will feature a variety of activities, including scientific, cultural, social, and artistic exhibitions, along with student projects and specialized scientific conferences, highlighting the university’s efforts to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The university invites all staff and students to participate in this major scientific event, which runs daily starting at 9:00 AM, aiming to raise awareness of sustainability issues and the role of universities in achieving comprehensive development.
