The Department of Dialysis Kidney Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Techniques, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized an awareness lecture entitled “The Role of Women in the Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week Festival” on Monday, April 6, 2026 It was presented by Anssam Fadhil Mahmoud, the activities coordinator in the department, and Ms. Tabarak Ahmed Turki. The lecture addressed several key themes that highlighted the active role of women during Sustainability Week. Among the most prominent were their contributions to the dissemination of scientific research, their continuous and effective participation throughout the days of the festival, as well as their involvement in the medical tent through promoting health awareness and providing medical assistance. The workshop aimed to raise awareness among students particularly female students about the importance of their role and engagement during Sustainability Week, in a manner that contributes to strengthening the status of women at both the scientific and academic levels.
