Al-Mustaqbal University Students Hosted by Al-Ayn Foundation: A Field Initiative to Consolidate Social Solidarity Values

Within its vision to integrate academic education with humanitarian responsibility, the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a field visit to the headquarters of Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation on Monday, April 6, 2026, with wide participation from faculty members and students. The visit began with a comprehensive introductory tour of the foundation’s various departments. The university delegation observed firsthand the vital programs and services provided by "Al-Ayn." Students learned about the foundation's pivotal role in supporting underprivileged groups and caring for orphans, providing them with a realistic model for managing institutional work with a humanitarian dimension. The visit also featured an educational lecture delivered by one of the foundation’s staff members, highlighting: Strategic Objectives: The foundation's goals and its role in achieving social balance. Operational Mechanisms: The organized workflows adopted by the foundation to serve the community. Youth Synergy: The necessity of uniting youth efforts with charitable institutions. The program included an interactive discussion session, allowing students to express their views and inquire about social work concepts. The discussion focused on: Volunteerism as a fundamental pillar for supporting humanitarian causes. Skill Application: How to utilize administrative and financial skills to serve community initiatives. At the conclusion of the visit, the university delegation emphasized the importance of such activities in strengthening human values among students. They stressed that a student's role extends beyond the classroom to include active participation in society through volunteer work and social initiatives that contribute to building a better future.
