Department of Radiology Technologies College of Health and Medical Technologies – Future University Date: 6 April 2026 The Department of Radiology Technologies at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Future University, held an expanded meeting to review the implementation of quality assurance plans and enhance academic accreditation standards. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Raad Shaker Abis, along with Dr. Ahmed Najm, Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit at the college, and the department’s Quality Assurance Unit officials, Assistant Lecturer Noor Sabah Jabr and Assistant Lecturer Ali Hussein Shaker. The participants discussed performance indicators related to the department’s annual plan and their alignment with quality assurance requirements, as well as ongoing preparations to update program accreditation files in accordance with national and international standards. Discussions also focused on developing laboratories and practical training activities, documenting scientific and laboratory work according to approved evaluation forms, and monitoring faculty research outputs within the university’s digital repositories. The meeting concluded with several recommendations aimed at enhancing institutional performance and sustaining academic excellence within the department.
