April 13, 2026 – A distinguished student project was showcased at the exhibition of the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, as part of the second day of “Sustainability Week.” The project featured an innovative water recycling system developed by one of the department’s students.
The project aims to reduce water consumption by reusing water after it undergoes simplified scientific treatment processes, thereby contributing to the conservation of water resources and the promotion of sustainability practices within the university environment.
The presentation included a detailed explanation of how the system operates, relying on multiple stages of filtration and treatment designed to purify water and make it suitable for various uses, with particular emphasis on its potential application in laboratories and educational institutions.
The student also provided a comprehensive explanation to visitors regarding the importance of water recycling and its role in minimizing waste. The project received positive feedback and appreciation from attendees due to its environmental significance and practical applicability.
