The Department of Intelligent Medical Systems at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, discussed a graduation project for fourth-year students entitled: “Design and Implementation of a Smart and Secure Collaborative Platform for Managing Medical Cases,” in the presence of a specialized academic committee, along with a number of faculty members and students. The project was prepared by the students Hazem Ahmed Abdul Latif Mohammed, Hassan Hamed Hussein Jreimat, and Mustafa Salah Habib Dhaher, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Qusai Munir Diab, as part of efforts to develop smart technological solutions that enhance the management of medical cases and improve collaborative efficiency among healthcare professionals. The project aimed to design and implement an advanced digital platform that enables secure and efficient management of medical data, ensuring the protection of sensitive information while facilitating communication and coordination among medical teams, utilizing the latest technologies in intelligent systems and information security. The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Mahdi Abadi Manea, Assistant Lecturer Ali Saleem Haleem, and Assistant Lecturer Najat Hameed Jasim. The committee praised the students’ efforts and the scientific quality of the project, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in supporting digital transformation in the healthcare sector. The session witnessed notable engagement from the students, who presented their project details, system mechanisms, and results, and confidently addressed the committee’s questions and feedback. This project comes within the efforts of the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems to prepare qualified graduates capable of employing modern technologies in serving the healthcare sector, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, and Goal 4: Quality Education. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.
