April 13, 2026 – The Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the Alumni Forum organized by the university under the slogan “Our Graduates… Leaders of Sustainability,” held in the Student Activities Hall with the attendance of academic staff and students. The participation included the presence of the Head of the Department, Lecturer Dr. Dhulfiqar Ahmed Hamza, and the Department Rapporteur, Dr. Mohammed Haider Hamad, in addition to a number of faculty members and students, reflecting the department’s commitment to supporting scientific activities and strengthening communication with alumni. The department’s participation aimed at enhancing academic engagement with graduates and fostering the exchange of experiences and successful career stories, contributing to the development of students’ skills and their readiness for the labor market. The forum included several scientific and training activities focused on developing practical skills and highlighting successful alumni experiences, which helped motivate students to pursue their academic and professional ambitions. Attendees from the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques emphasized the importance of such events in promoting the concept of sustainability and linking academic education with labor market requirements, noting their role in preparing qualified graduates capable of facing future challenges.
