The activities of the Fourth International Future Sustainability Week at Al-Mustaqbal University continued for the second consecutive day, where the Department of Smart Medical Systems at the College of Science participated through its exhibition held in the student activity halls on Monday, 13/4/2026, with a distinguished presence of students and faculty members. The exhibition is part of a series of scientific and awareness activities organized by the department, aiming to highlight the importance of sustainability and its applications in smart medical fields, as well as showcasing students’ projects and innovative ideas that rely on artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things to support sustainable solutions. The exhibition included a variety of practical works and models that reflect students’ skills in employing scientific knowledge to serve environmental and health issues, contributing to raising awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to innovation, good health, and climate action. This participation comes as part of the department’s commitment to supporting extracurricular scientific activities and fostering a spirit of creativity and academic competition among students, in line with the university’s orientation toward sustainability and digital transformation. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.
