As part of its scientific activities aimed at developing academic and practical skills, the Department of Dental Technology organized a scientific seminar entitled "Preparation of Crowns and Bridges," presented by Dr. Basim Karim, with the participation of second-year students from the Department of Dental Technology. The seminar provided a detailed explanation of the stages of crown and bridge preparation, starting with clinical assessment, moving through the basic preparation steps, and concluding with the mechanisms for designing and fabricating dental restorations according to modern scientific standards. The seminar also highlighted the most common errors during preparation and how to avoid them to ensure accurate and effective results.
