Al-Mustaqbal University organizes an awareness campaign to promote health awareness about Cancer.. ​The Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering Technologies, in cooperation with the Sustainability Week Committee at the university, organized an educational and developmental awareness campaign under the supervision of (Assistant Instructor Ali Naji Radi, Assistant Instructor Haider Karrar Hussein, and Assistant Instructor Rand Maan) on Sunday, April 12, 2026, titled: "Cancer Awareness and Prevention Methods," under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi. ​The campaign highlighted the pivotal role of health awareness in protecting students and staff by providing accurate information about the causes of the disease and prevention methods. It focused on the importance of early detection, promoting a preventive culture, and building a supportive environment that contributes to limiting the spread of this disease through short lectures and specialized workshops. ​This initiative came as part of a series of activities organized by Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance health awareness and highlight the contributions of scientific departments in building a sustainable future, in line with the university's strategic vision and within the "Sustainability Week" activities.
