The Department of Computer Engineering at Future University organized a specialized workshop titled “How to Use and Fill Out a Bubble Sheet,” aimed at training students on the correct techniques for dealing with electronic grading systems, at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 13, 2026. This workshop was organized to promote academic awareness and ensure the accuracy of exam results, and to develop students’ technical skills in dealing with modern answer sheets, in line with the requirements of quality and excellence and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 on “Quality Education” for the 2025–2026 academic year. The workshop, presented by department faculty member M.M. Ali Ajmi Al-Nafei, included a comprehensive awareness lecture on the mechanisms for correctly shading answers and avoiding common mistakes that may affect the automated grading process, with a focus on modern standards adopted in the use of technology to serve the educational process in accordance with international quality requirements. The workshop saw remarkable engagement from the students, as practical examples and detailed explanations were provided on how the machine reads exam papers, which allowed for interactive discussions on ways to minimize human error and ensure the integrity and accuracy of results with high intelligence and professionalism. The department’s leadership emphasized that these initiatives contribute to improving institutional performance, fostering a culture of adherence to exam regulations, and ensuring precision in all aspects of the educational process, thereby supporting the achievement of the university’s strategic goals and elevating students’ scientific and technical awareness.
