As part of the Sustainability Week activities and under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering Technologies, in cooperation with the University's Sustainability Week Committee, organized an awareness and developmental campaign on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. ​The campaign, titled "The Concept of Modesty as an Integrated Value in Behavior and Thought," was held under the supervision of (Teaching Assistant Haider Karrar Hussein, Teaching Assistant Ali Naji Radhi, and Teaching Assistant Maha Mohammed). ​The campaign highlighted the pivotal role of social and ethical awareness, focusing on providing educational information about the concept of modesty as a comprehensive value that is not limited to outward appearance, but extends to include the integrity of thought, speech, and behavior. It also provided guidance on enhancing self-respect and building a balanced personality to foster a preventive culture and a university environment based on solidarity and mutual respect. ​This initiative is part of a series of activities organized by Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance social responsibility and highlight the contributions of scientific departments in building a sustainable future. This aligns with the university's strategic vision and the "Sustainability Week" events, reflecting a commitment to developing the moral awareness of all staff and students while establishing a culture of mutual respect and positive behavior. ​The campaign, which included the distribution of brochures and specialized workshops, underscored the university's efforts in supporting community initiatives and saw wide interaction from students and staff in spreading noble human values and virtuous ethics within the campus. ​Al-Mustaqbal University..
