The student Rahma Allah Hussein Naji, from the Department of Artificial Intelligence Technology Engineering, presented a brochure titled “Artificial Intelligence in Education: An Integrated and Responsible Framework” during Sustainability Week at the Energy Research Center of Future University on April 13, 2026. This event was part of a series of scientific activities aimed at promoting the conscious and responsible use of modern technologies. The brochure provided a comprehensive overview of how artificial intelligence can be effectively integrated into the educational process in a responsible manner that balances technological advancement with educational values. Through her participation, the student highlighted mechanisms for transforming learners from passive consumers of technology into active contributors who engage in guidance and critical evaluation, while preserving the supervisory and pedagogical role of the teacher. This approach contributes to improving the quality of education and achieving a sustainable learning environment. The activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). This initiative further underscores Future University’s leading role among private universities in Iraq in supporting innovation and enhancing scientific and technological awareness among students in service of the future of sustainable education.
