Students of the Artificial Intelligence Technologies Engineering Department participated in the Sustainable Programming Hackathon, held on Tuesday, 14/04/2026, as part of the Sustainability Week Festival at the Energy Research Center. This participation underscores their role in utilizing artificial intelligence technologies to develop innovative solutions that support sustainable development goals, particularly in the fields of energy and the environment. This participation aimed to enhance students’ technical awareness and empower them to address contemporary challenges by presenting creative projects and ideas that reflect their analytical thinking and teamwork skills, in alignment with sustainable development goals such as clean energy, climate action, industry, and innovation. The students also demonstrated a high level of competence and innovation, reflecting the quality of educational outcomes and affirming the leading position of Al-Mustaqbal University among private universities in Iraq in supporting young talents and directing them toward serving society and sustainable development.
