Diet and blood groups
Studies have confirmed that a person's blood type interacts differently with a substance called lactin, which is presents on the surface of plant and animal foods. Accordingly, eating the wrong food can lead to infections, weight gain and diseases.
Dr. Peter Dadamo has written down the different populations of digestive bacteria that have arisen as a result of eating food when people migrate around the earth. Blood groups were acquired from people who migrated to certain areas, so each of us digested certain groups of food more effectively depending on blood groups. If your body adopts the common dietary pattern in the time and place where your blood group formed, the function of your digestive system will be ideal and you will suffer lesser problems with weight and diseases.
It is thought that blood type A originated when people began to plant grains where intestinal bacteria were formed to digest plants.
While B group was created when cattle were raised, and this group was able to digest red meat.
With respect toAB group holders, They are able to digest both.
Finally, the group O, who come from the hunters-gatherers group, They respond well to red meat and poorly to bread.
Researchers from the Finnish Red Cross have found that blood patterns control various variations in bacteria 'digestive clusters. But on the other hand, Belgian researchers have not identified any signs of effective health benefits of blood group diets, where more studies are needed to verify the idea.
The blood group diet relies on the theory of the interaction of the blood groupwiththe eaten food, which promotes digestionprocess in the body, thereby increasing the rate of fat burning and weight loss. This theory was introduced by a nutritionist, who was able to conclude this theory by conducting several studies on a group of people with different blood groups, and each of them presented a special diet based on the dietary needs of each category.
A set of dietary advices have been developed for the four blood groups as follows:
1-Blood Type A
They have a general weakness in their digestive and immune systems, as they have a tendency to synthesize mucous substances in the digestive tract, cholesterol, cancers, anemia, liver and gallbladder disorders, arthritis, as well as type 1 diabetes. The right food for this category is as follows: Foods rich with sugars and poorto fats, such as: vegetables, fish, cereals, legumes and fruits, They have to avoid eating wheat, red beans, potatoes, dairy products, cashews, citrus fruits, green melon, chili red tomatoes, and banana.
They should also do proper sports, e.g. light sports such as relaxation, walking and swimming.
2-Blood type B
Owners of this family have a strong immune system to resist nutritional and environmental changes around them, so they infect infectious diseases rarely, where their immune system has enough power to eliminate all types of pathogenic viruses except some rare types, and they are vulnerable to infections related to autoimmune, They can eat meat, dairy products, fish, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. They should avoid eating chicken meat (except turkey meat), Chickpeas, avocado, black bean, corn, cereals, aloe vera, and sunflower oil . It is also recommended to do balanced sports that combine lightness and violence, such as mountaineering, cycling, hiking, and swimming.

3-blood type AB
The owners of this family combine the forces found in blood groups A and B, so they have two sensitive digestive and immune systems. They are more vulnerable to cancer, diseases caused by microbes, parasites, diseases of anemia, cholesterol. The appropriate food for this group is as follows:
• Eating moderate, varied diet that includes fish, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, legumes, and cereals.
• Avoid eating chicken meat (except turkey meat), chickpeas, avocado, black bean, corn, cereals, cacti, and sunflower oil.
• Moderate and light sports are recommended, such as biking, climbing and tennis.
4-Blood type O
People with blood type O have two digestive and immune systems and are characterized by active metabolism, therefore they are more likely to lose fat than other blood groups, but they are more likely to suffer from the risks of developing health problems, such as blood clotting, stomach ulcers, allergies, tonsillitis, joints. The proper food for this group, they can eat protein-rich foods such as red meat, white meat, seafood, vegetables, and fruits. They should avoid sugars because they cause them to have high body fat, prevent eating oats and peanuts. Sports that requires a lot of effort are preferable, such as jogging, horse riding, cycling, judo, and karate.
