(( Effective employers lead to effective employees ))<br />People who work in Human Resources are usually held to a higher standard of performance than other employees. They set the example for adherence to rules and impeccable professional conduct in the organization. Everyone in HR deals with confidential information. Employees have to constantly watch what they say and whom they say it to. They deal with a lot of minor complaints from co-workers in other departments and are your first line of defense against being overwhelmed. Therefore, there are traits employer must characterize to enhance his performance:<br />1. Take the work easy.<br />2. Lend an ear to the employees.<br />3. Be a mentor for HR’s employees. <br />1- Take the work easy<br /><br />With all the demands placed on your staff, they don’t need additional pressure from you. Use positive reinforcement rather than reprimands to encourage desirable behaviors. Set the example for appropriate ways to let off steam by taking regularly scheduled breaks. Use this time to take a walk, listen to music, or relax and chat in the employee. HR manager affects his employees by his behavior in the organization in a way that leads them to be effective in their work. HR employees often work under pressure and they need to be relaxed especially when they face constraints in their work process. Moreover, they are in the front line with their colleges in the organization, who always ask about their belonging in the HR department. Whenever the manager could to be easy going, reachable and patient with his employees, he would gain a high-quality performance from his employees. They need someone how takes the matter easy and make it easier for them to do their job properly.<br />Besides, the using of the extrinsic and intrinsic instruments in the workplace from the employer improves the performance of the organization employees. Bones, raising the salary, job promotion all these have an impact on the employees which motivate them to conduct the best performance. Also, the encouragement, make the employee feel a responsibility and discuss with an employee about a certain issue that can move up the curve of employees productivity.<br />All in all, effective HRM employer used to do their perfect job depending on my instrument as well as the approach that leads their employees to perform effectively and efficiently. So, there are no rules or measures to determine the behavior of the employer to motivate employees. Effective employer will lead to effective employees.<br />2- Lend an Ear<br />HR employer has to find a balance between an open and closed-door policy. Also, set an informal schedule so staff members know when to bring employer their job challenges for discussion. The employer has to pick the least busy times of day to prevent disruption of workflow. For example, he might allocate 20 minute time periods at 11 AM and 4 PM. During these times, HR employees can be encouraged to bring their manager any issues that aren’t exactly urgent but can’t wait until weekly staff meeting.5 it is so important for a manager to be such reachable person. Therefore, his employees get him whenever they have a problem, issue or work constraints. This situation will create a cooperative atmosphere for the employee to find someone listens to their complaints. Moreover, it can enhance the relationship between the employer and employees in a way that can mitigate the gap between them. <br />The employer must be flexible as well as good responses because he is only the person whom employees look at him when they got something wrong during work processes. However, he must be strict in implementing workplace rules. Reward whoever needs to be rewarded and punish who deserve that.<br />All in all, the manager must not be so lean as well as not quite strict. To make sure the progressing of the employees' performance is doing well.<br />3- Be a Mentor<br />Employees have dreams and career goals. The most talented workers will not be with the organization forever. There are lots of opportunities in the HR field; so motivated and ambitious professionals will be looking for advancement. Demonstrate the leadership abilities by supporting employees in achieving the certification and work experience they need to someday become the HR manager's themselves.5 sometimes it is quite difficult for the manager to keep his best employees as long as they find another opportunity. <br />4- Conclusion<br />Management is the art of the government the people and equipment in the organization in a way that serves the organization goals and missions. The manager is the person who directs all these stuff to achieve the organization target. Therefore, HRM employer must characterize by some traits which enhanced his performance as well as his behavioral among the employees. Characteristics of encompassing management skills, technical skills, challenges, personality. On the other hand, these characteristics are not adequate to be efficient. Some behavioral attributes are necessary to do the work effectively. <br />Most employees see their employer as a leader for them. However, if employer misunderstands his employee, he will lose a very important thing which is the commitment. The employee does not need only to receive a high salary, bonuses, etc. He also needs to be respected, shares in making a decision, give his opinion to improve work processing. All these needs are important for employees. The successful manager does not ignore that.<br />All in all, the talk about effective HRM employer characteristic and how this employer leads to effective employees cannot be determined in some pages. There are a lot of attributes that affect the HRM manager and can lead to either improve the performance or disapprove it. Therefore, the successor employer who can balance between the organization needs and employee's needs to find a better mixed that achieve the organization goals and missions.
