A workshop was held on the theory of multidimensionality and the impact of introducing an additional dimension on the laws of physics and nature, by lecturer Ahmed Hassan Ashour, in the presence of department members. The workshop discussed the three dimensions of space that govern our world, in addition to the fourth dimension of time, as proven by the special theory of relativity. To understand the potential impact of the fifth dimension, dimensions zero to four were reviewed in general. To understand the implications of the fifth dimension, the differences between three-dimensional beings like us and two-dimensional beings are explained in terms of the laws of physics and geometry that will govern both worlds, highlighting the disparity in abilities and interactions between them. It was also noted that this theory suggests the existence of 11 other dimensions in our universe.<br />
