The connective muscle l’adducteur<br />Dr. Iftikhar Matar Baqer<br />[email protected]<br /> Most of those who play sports experience an injury in this area, and the connective muscle is an injury to the tendons in the upper thigh, which is caused by the attachment of the ligaments in the upper thigh<br /> They are divided into three types:<br /><br /> 1- The short adductor muscle: the rest period is 10 days<br /><br /> 2- The long adductor muscle: the rest period is 10 days to 45 days<br /><br /> 3- The large adductor muscle: the rest period is more than two months and may require surgery<br /><br /> Causes of injury:<br /><br /> Not to warm up before the competition<br /> Too much standing<br /> Over-training<br /> Lack of training for a long period<br /><br /> How to treat it:<br /><br /> Applying ice three times a day from 10 minutes to a quarter of an hour plus rest in addition to pain relievers.<br /><br />Key words.Connective muscle
