In its second article, he indicated that education should aim at the full development of the human personality and the promotion of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, it should enhance understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations and ethnic or religious groups, and support the United Nations activities to maintain peace.<br />The right to education has been widely recognized, and then work to develop it through the international instruments established by the United Nations.<br />The interest in education increased after many international and regional treaties guaranteed this right and all national constitutions adopted it for the great importance of this right, especially in armed conflicts and conflict areas and all those who face forms of discrimination. We mention the Covenant on Civil, Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and the UNESCO Convention against Discrimination in Education, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and international humanitarian law paid great attention to this right, especially Especially if we know that international humanitarian law pertains to the behavior of parties to armed conflict and also includes provisions on the right to education more generally, for example: protection of students, educational personnel and educational facilities, we find full legal protection in the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, for example:<br />Key words: Legal ,protection , right education<br />
