Part of the constant initiatives of Al-Mustaqbal University College to train students on Sustainable Energy Industry, fourth year students of Air Conditioning &Refrigeration Engineering Department participated in an interactive training course via internet about the technologies of wind energy in Egypt, which was organized by the British University in Egypt within the RIndustry Project.<br />The Training course lasted for 5 days during the period between 23rd & 27th of May 2021, and it has dealt with several topics, such as<br />1. An Introduction to Wind Energy<br />2. Concepts of Wind Energy<br />3. Aerodynamics of Wind Turbine Blades<br />4. Wind Turbine Micro-Siting <br />5. International Standards for Wind Turbines<br />6. Use of Techno-Economic Software for Wind Energy Projects<br />It is considerable to note that 100 participants from different Arab countries joined this course, and at the end each student was awarded a “Participation & Pass Certificate”. <br />Our best regards to the participants, wishing them everlasting success in their scientific and practical career. <br />
