Smart systems play an increasing role in enhancing women's freedoms and empowerment across various fields. Modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT) help create an environment that supports women's participation in economic, social, and political life. These systems contribute to removing many obstacles women face, such as the gender gap in the job market, access to education, and balancing professional and personal life.
In the job market, smart systems help reduce employment discrimination through data-driven analytics, allowing employers to assess skills and experience without bias. They also contribute to providing a flexible work environment through remote work technologies, enabling women to participate in the workforce without the need for physical presence, thereby helping them balance family and professional responsibilities.
In education, modern technology has given women greater opportunities to gain knowledge through e-learning and digital training courses, allowing them to develop new skills and increase job opportunities in technology and engineering fields, which were traditionally male-dominated. Machine learning also aids in customizing educational curricula to suit women's needs, making knowledge more accessible without barriers.
In the healthcare sector, smart systems provide digital medical services such as telemedicine, making it easier for women to access health consultations without visiting medical facilities, especially in societies with restricted mobility. Additionally, digital health applications help monitor women's health and provide preventive guidance on topics such as pregnancy and reproductive health.
However, challenges remain concerning data privacy and security, as smart systems can lead to privacy violations that affect women's freedom of expression, movement, and work. Therefore, it is essential to establish laws that protect women's rights in the digital world and ensure that these technologies are used fairly and securely.
As technology continues to evolve, smart systems can play a pivotal role in enhancing women's freedoms and expanding their opportunities across various fields, contributing to building a more equal and just society for all.

Al-Mustaqbal University is the first in Iraq.
