They can also improve human resource management by analyzing recruitment needs and evaluating employee performance automatically.<br />In document and information management, smart systems offer advanced solutions for organizing and storing data, making it more accessible and secure. They also enable the use of text recognition and natural language processing technologies to understand and analyze documents, reducing the need for manual data processing.<br />In customer service management, smart systems have helped develop virtual assistants and chatbots, which provide instant and accurate responses to customers, enhancing the user experience and improving service quality.<br />Despite their significant advantages, these systems face challenges such as implementation costs, the need for employee training, and cybersecurity and data protection issues.
