"The English Language Department Holds a Workshop for Developing Educational and Administrative Staff: A Step Towards Sustainable Development in Education"<br />The English Language Department at the College of Education organized a workshop titled "Guide to Authorities and Work System at Al-Mustaqbal University," under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Dr. Salam Hassan Maki Al-Asadi. This initiative aims to enhance administrative efficiency and achieve sustainable development in the education sector, focusing on developing the administrative and legal skills of educational and administrative staff to improve the work environment and elevate academic and administrative performance (Goal 4: Quality Education).<br />The workshop featured a lecture delivered by Dr. Salam Hassan Maki Al-Asadi, in which he outlined the key authorities and regulations implemented at the university, as well as the best practices for enhancing administrative efficiency and achieving optimal job performance. Participants also discussed mechanisms for improving the work environment to meet quality standards and good governance principles (Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).<br />This workshop is part of a series of initiatives adopted by the English Language Department to support academic and administrative excellence.
