A part of the attendance of the website manager at the Faculty of Engineering and Engineering Technologies and the representative of the website of the Department of Communication Technology Engineering at an important workshop presented by Eng. Wameed Shamsi, the website manager of Al-Mustaqbal University. The workshop aimed at distributing permissions to the website managers of the university's faculties and departments, with the goal of improving website management and facilitating communication between different administrations. It also aimed at defining the responsibilities of data entry personnel (permissions to control faculty staff, news, activities, and updating the organizational structure of the faculty and the faculty council, etc.). The workshop focused on enhancing the role of managers in updating information, managing content effectively, and defining responsibilities for each department. Additionally, the mechanism for granting permissions was discussed, ensuring they align with specific tasks, which contributes to enhancing the efficiency of academic and administrative work.
