<br />In its continuous efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, Al-Mustaqbal University – College of Health and Medical Technologies – Department of Industrial Kidney Technology organized a scientific seminar on January 19, 2025, led by the department’s rapporteur, Assistant Lecturer Zainab Ali Mohsen Al-Khafaji.<br /><br />The seminar was both educational and awareness-driven, focusing on introducing students to the concept of sustainable development. It provided a comprehensive overview of the reasons behind the formulation of the SDGs, their global importance, and the effective strategies for achieving them, as well as identifying the key beneficiaries.<br /><br />Special attention was given to empowering students by highlighting their role in sustainability. The seminar explored how students can be prepared as “Sustainability Ambassadors” who reflect awareness and play a proactive role in contributing to the well-being of their communities.<br /><br />The session was distinguished by its interactive approach, aiming to enhance students’ understanding and inspire them to actively participate in building a sustainable future that meets the aspirations of future generations.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University – The Top-Ranked University in Iraq
