In order to achieve the goals of sustainable development<br />Goal Four (Quality Education)<br />The Sustainability Ambassadors in the Department of biology, represented by the lecturer (Assistant Professor Duha Abdul Amir Muhammad), organized a scientific workshop on (The Impact of Women and Their Role in Preventing Violent Extremism). This scientific workshop focuses on understanding the pivotal role that women play in preventing and combating violent extremism. The goal is to explore how women, through their unique position in society, can contribute to reducing the risks of violent extremism and promoting inclusive peaceful societies.<br /><br />The role of women in education and awareness: by promoting tolerance, understanding and peace within the family<br /><br />Psychological and social support by women: Women assume care roles in their families and communities. By providing emotional support, women can help those at risk of extremism deal with the trauma or grievances that may push them to extremist groups.<br /><br />This workshop seeks to inspire action, promote dialogue and provide individuals with the knowledge necessary to make a beneficial impact in combating violent extremism.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq
