Honoring Forensic Evidence Faculty Members on International Day of Women and Girls in Science

As part of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science celebrations, Asst. Lecturer Riam Thaer Ahmed, Rapporteur of the Forensic Evidence Department, and Asst. Lecturer Fatima Tawfik Al-Khuzaie, Sustainability and Activities Coordinator of the department, were honored for their active participation and outstanding contributions in advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<br /><br />The honoring ceremony was attended by the esteemed Dean of the College of Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and the College Activities Coordinator, Dr. Aseel Al-Hassani, who praised their significant efforts in promoting sustainability within the university and the community. This recognition is part of ongoing efforts to encourage women and girls to play an active role in scientific and developmental fields.<br /><br />The event was attended by a number of academics and students, who expressed their appreciation for the honorees’ contributions to sustainability and wished them continued success.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University – The First University in Iraq
