Lecturer Afrah Hussein Jihad<br /><br />The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the psychological impacts of social media, both positive and negative, with a focus on how to use these platforms healthily to avoid mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and social isolation. The campaign also emphasized the importance of balanced social media use in daily life.<br /><br />Sustainability Goals Related to the Campaign:<br /><br />This campaign aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to:<br /> • Good Health and Well-being (Goal 3): By raising awareness about the psychological impacts of social media and promoting mental well-being.<br /> • Quality Education (Goal 4): By disseminating knowledge about the psychological effects of technology and ways to manage them healthily.<br /> • Reduced Inequality (Goal 10): By offering psychological support and guidance to all community members on how to engage with social media in a way that does not negatively impact their lives.<br /><br />This campaign is part of the ongoing efforts to promote mental health awareness and encourage the responsible use of technology within the academic and broader community.<br /><br />"AL_mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq"
