**Future University Organizes an Awareness Campaign on the Effects of Staying Up Late on Different Age Groups** <br /><br />As part of efforts to enhance health awareness among university community members, Future University organized an awareness campaign titled **"The Effects of Staying Up Late on Different Age Groups."** The campaign aimed to highlight the impact of prolonged wakefulness on human health and how it affects different age groups in various ways. It provided an opportunity for interaction among students, professors, and staff to exchange information and health guidance related to sleep and the consequences of staying up late. <br /><br />### **Campaign Objectives:** <br />1. Raising awareness among the university community about the health risks of staying up late. <br />2. Highlighting the effects of sleep deprivation on different age groups (youth, adults, and the elderly). <br />3. Providing tips and tools to minimize the negative effects of staying up late and improve sleep quality. <br />4.
