Under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Building and Construction Technologies Engineering, and in alignment with the 16th Sustainable Development Goal (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), lecturer Ms. Noora Fawzi organized an activity titled "Building Self-Confidence."<br /><br />The session covered several key topics, including the definition and importance of self-confidence, factors that influence its development or weakness, and effective strategies for enhancing it, such as positive thinking, personal skill development, and viewing failure as an opportunity for learning.<br /><br />The workshop witnessed active participation from students, who expressed their appreciation for the valuable content presented. They emphasized the importance of such initiatives in improving both their academic and social performance.<br /><br />At the end of the session, a discussion was opened for questions and inquiries, allowing students to share their personal experiences and exchange ideas on how to boost their confidence in various aspects of life.
