Under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Building and Construction Technologies Engineering, and in alignment with the 11th Sustainable Development Goal (Sustainable Cities and Communities), Dr. Sabah Mohammed Abdul Musheb organized an activity titled:<br /><br />"Studying the Transportation Problem in Hilla – Hilla-Najaf Road (Focusing on the University Area: Issues and Possible Solutions)."<br /><br />As part of the collaboration between Al-Mustaqbal University and the Babylon Environment Directorate, a discussion was held on February 12, 2025, addressing traffic congestion and environmental pollution on the Hilla-Najaf road, particularly in the area where university entrances converge.<br /><br />The initiative included conducting statistical analyses at specific times of the day, such as counting the number of vehicles, distinguishing between new and old cars, and recording passenger numbers. Additionally, laboratory analyses were utilized to propose effective solutions for the issue.
