Under the guardianship of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, students of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering Department have organized an awareness campaign to rationalize consumption of electricity.<br />MUC students as well as employees have been the target of the campaign through which awareness posters have been distributed. In his comment, Assist. Prof. Dr. Azher M. Abed, Head of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering Department, said that this students campaign comes as part of the extra-curricular activities, which are adopted for serving the local community, confirming that Al-Mustaqbal University College leads these campaigns in an attempt to raise social awareness among people to rationalize consumption.<br />It is considerable to note that Al-Mustaqbal University College, and as per the directives of its Dean, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi has organized many awareness campaigns as part of the MUC strategic plan to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include eradication of poverty, protection of environment as well as the improvement of quality education, and ensuring that all people everywhere in the world shall be living in peace and welfare by the year of 2030. <br />
