A guiding document should be prepared to assist in identifying and implementing actions aimed at improving management to achieve a more resilient and sustainable environment while enhancing the generation of ecosystem services and the benefits that nature provides as a fundamental and essential support for life.<br /><br />In this regard, it is crucial to understand the different elements that form part of this regional strategy. Concerning the areas of work in this field, the most general ones include development plans. Case studies are presented to illustrate actions that can be applied in municipal contexts.
