Blended learning is an educational model that combines traditional face-to-face learning with modern technology (online learning). This model is considered one of the most effective methods for achieving sustainability goals in education. It allows students to learn more flexibly, enabling them to interact with teachers and peers in traditional classrooms while simultaneously benefiting from digital learning platforms that provide access to educational content at any time and from any place.

One of the main benefits of blended learning is reducing the cost of education, as it reduces the need for physical resources like textbooks and printed materials. By using online platforms, students can access course materials digitally, which reduces waste and promotes resource efficiency. Additionally, blended learning helps reduce educational gaps between students in different regions by enabling students in remote or under-resourced areas to easily access educational content.

Blended learning also serves as an effective tool for promoting lifelong learning and skill development, as students can engage with course materials online between traditional classes. This model not only provides a more sustainable educational environment but also contributes to enhancing students' ability to adapt to rapid changes in information technology.
Al-Mustaqbal University is the first University in Iraq.
