Lung cancer is one of the most dangerous types of cancer due to its difficulty in being detected at early stages, but artificial intelligence (AI) today offers revolutionary solutions that can improve diagnosis and treatment opportunities. AI techniques rely on analyzing medical images, such as CT scans, to detect any abnormal changes in lung tissue.
One of the main benefits is AI's ability to analyze thousands of medical images in a short period, offering higher accuracy than traditional diagnosis based solely on human expertise. Furthermore, these techniques can reduce the rate of medical errors that may occur due to fatigue or lack of experience.
Recent studies have shown that AI can detect tumors at early stages with an accuracy rate of up to 95%, providing patients with a greater chance for successful treatment. The development of more advanced AI models will enable doctors to make treatment decisions based on more accurate and comprehensive data, improving survival chances for lung cancer patients.

AL-Mustaqbal University is the first University in Iraq.
