"The Department of Biomedical Technology at the University of the Future held a workshop on "Laboratory Safety" for students, presented by instructor M.M. Alaa Ahmed Assaf.<br /><br />The workshop aimed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically the fourth goal of Quality Education. Topics covered included:<br /><br />- Laboratory safety procedures<br />- Handling chemicals and laboratory equipment<br />- Preventing laboratory accidents<br /><br />The workshop also discussed laboratory culture media, including:<br /><br />- Types of culture media<br />- Preparation and use of culture media<br /><br />This workshop provided students with a valuable opportunity to enhance their practical skills and awareness of laboratory safety.<br /><br />The University of the Future is the first university in Iraq."
